
Private access key mgmt
Prior to the event, contest winners received event links appended with private access keys. A key could only be used on one device. Anyone following links with keys that exceeded this limit were redirected, allowing Nescafe to restrict its audience without authenticating users or asking for login credentials. End-to-end management enabled us to troubleshoot any issues with the keys provisioned. We quickly cleared keys that were mistakenly used and generated replacement keys for verified contest winners. Resolving requests expediently was important given that the concert was just one hour long and would not be made available for viewing on demand.
