Linkin Park relaunches with livestream

Playing to 1,000 diehard fans on the Warner Bros lot, iconic rockers Linkin Park delivered a blistering surprise performance announcing new music, a new video, a new tour and a new lead vocalist in Emily Armstrong. The livestream was distributed to Linkin Park’s social channels on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok as well as linkinpark.com. Bulldog DM provided all of the livestreaming technology, services and management for this incredible moment that reached nearly 300K concurrent viewers on YouTube alone and racked up over 7M in the ensuing 72 hours.

BET offered viewers a full digital pre and post show from the 2023 BET Awards live from LA Live. The experience featured arrivals and interviews with a who’s who of stars and personalities. Netflix celebrates Notorious BIG documentary release with livestream powered by Bulldog DM

Netflix brought together “The Originals”: four iconic and legendary DJ contemporaries of The Notorious B.I.G in a livestream celebration of Biggie’s life, music and culture. The 2 hour livestream featured both his musical influences and his music told through stories and spinning of DJ Clark Kent, DJ Tony Touch, DJ Rich Media and DJ Stretch Armstrong and live-streamed on the estate’s Facebook and Instagram accounts to a delighted global audience. Netflix turned to Bulldog DM to help enable, power and produce the live broadcast from DJ Clark Kent’s studio.

Is Live Video the Future of Content Marketing?

In the weeks leading up to the launch of Facebook Live, reports circulated that Mark Zuckerberg was “obsessed” with live video. The fact that Zuckerberg pushed out live video on Facebook and Instagram within months of each other speaks to the truth in that story.

The leaders of Twitter followed by launching their own Periscope-powered live video feature in late 2016.
