TikTok partners with Charlie Puth for exclusive livestream powered and produced by Bulldog DM

Music star Charlie Puth began a residency at the new Blue Note Jazz Club on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood with a stunning livestreamed concert before an intimate crowd on his TikTok channel. Charlie featured both new music from up his upcoming record “Whatever’s Clever” and hits from his extensive catalog with a full band as the opening performance to an 8 concert run. TikTok turned to Bulldog DM to deliver all of the action from Blue Note LA to Charlie’s global fan base. This was the first livestream from the venue and third collaboration between Charlie and Bulldog DM.

TikTok turned to Bulldog DM to produce, manage and power an exclusive concert by rising artist Laufey live from Grand Park in Los Angeles to celebrate her new record “A Matter of Time” and upcoming sold out arena tour. The stunning concert was sponsored by Fiji Water and offered special merch to viewers through TikTok Shop making this a truly ground breaking concert livestream.

Live commerce surges as shoppers fork out cash online in real time

‘Live commerce is set to redefine online shopping. It allows users to buy products in real time, typically advertised by hosts during live video events on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Live. It’s essentially QVC for the social media age — but with scope for celebrities and brands to experiment with the format.

Global sales on these platforms hit $918.9 million last year, according to a Verified Market Research study, and are projected to more than triple by 2031, to about $3.1 billion. And TikTok Shop is among those quickly gaining ground, reporting 15 million sellers worldwide on its app at the end of 2023 after launching that September.

A Capital One Shopping Research study from this year projects that the number of TikTok shoppers will grow to 39.5 million by 2026.’

Linkin Park wins Webby Award for Bulldog DM powered livestream

Linkin Park’s return and reunion livestream experience “From Zero” has won a Webby Award for best ‘Social Event and Livestream’. The experience featured a stunning full concert performance heralding their return, release of new music, a new music video, a new tour, an onsale of the tour and their new lead vocalist Emily Armstrong – delighting their global fan base. Clips of the performance went viral certain songs achieving over 40M views as Instagram reels and the full broadcast has been viewed by over 13 million people on the band’s YouTube channel. This is the 9th Webby that Bulldog DM related projects have garnered.

Playing to 1,000 diehard fans on the Warner Bros lot, iconic rockers Linkin Park delivered a blistering surprise performance announcing new music, a new video, a new tour and a new lead vocalist in Emily Armstrong. The livestream was distributed to Linkin Park’s social channels on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok as well as linkinpark.com. Bulldog DM provided all of the livestreaming technology, services and management for this incredible moment that reached nearly 300K concurrent viewers on YouTube alone and racked up over 7M in the ensuing 72 hours.
